Bio Ms. Howard set herself apart early in her career by receiving the William O. Douglas scholarship for her undergraduate degree at Whitman College and a partial scholarship for law school at the University of Idaho College of Law. Before working at Navigate Law Group, she practiced family law and landlord/tenant law in the Tri Cities area in Washington. She has also provided pro bono legal research and advice for non-profit organizations. In law school Ms. Howard assisted in sexual harassment and discrimination investigations for the Office of Equal Opportunity at Washington State University. At Navigate Ms. Howard applies her analytical approach to practicing law to her estate planning practice.
