Bio Mr. Fay had a background in advertising with the Seattle Times Company prior to attending Gonzaga University School of Law. At Gonzaga, he received the Chastek Family Endowed Scholarship for his academic performance and was named Best Oralist in the Linden Cup appellate advocacy competition. For the last three years, Mr. Fay has practiced in Bellingham, Washington with a focus on civil litigation and contract law. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Washington and his litigation practice has provided him experience in a wide range of matters including admiralty, real property, and large-scale personal injury cases.
Mr. Fay now manages the Bellingham office of Navigate Law Group. His practice maintains a focus on litigation and business law, including business formation, contracts, and commercial leases. As of January 2017, Mr. Fay serves as the Secretary of the Whatcom County Bar Association. He also volunteers in the direct representation program for LAW Advocates, the primary legal aid organization in Whatcom County. Mr. Fay is excited to provide quality, affordable legal services to a growing community of young and creative business owners in the Bellingham area.
