Bio Mr. Kamin's practice focuses on taxation, estates and estate planning, real property, and business. Mr. Kamin has broad experience in federal tax law, ranging from returns, audits, appeals, and collections, to planning for new and existing businesses, real estate transactions, and estate transfers. Mr. Kamin has helped clients establish and operate a variety of business entities including "C" and "S" corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies and has represented parties involved in commercial real estate sales, leases, and financing as well as the creation of real estate covenants and easements. As of January 1, 2019, Mr. Kamin's practice is generally limited to existing clients.
